Prices given by this calculator are estimates. Many times they will be correct, but they are based on normal property upkeep and normal service parameters. Additional fees may apply for heavily soiled, built-up, or cluttered conditions. We will gladly service homes with heavier cleaning needs, but this will need to be discussed in a more personalized price quote. Please contact us.
We do not provide service to hazardous or biohazardous conditions, such as severe mold, hoarding hazards, pest infestations, or human/animal bodily waste. If a home is deemed to be hazardous upon arrival, service will not be rendered and the booking deposit will not be refunded.
Official estimates are emailed to you so that you are able to approve or deny the offer easily online. If you’d like to receive an official estimate, simply contact us! Feel free to include a screenshot of this calculator’s price quote if you like, but it isn’t necessary.
A 25% booking deposit is required for all first-time and one-time cleans. This will be payable online upon receipt of your official estimate. This deposit is refundable if service is cancelled more than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled visit and in accordance with our other terms of service. Otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable.
First-time cleans are billed at the “one-time” cleaning rate. All subsequent weekly or bi-weekly cleans are billed at the discounted rate reflected in this calculator.
Other discounts such as our senior citizen discount and our service-appreciation discount (as well as any occassional specials or offers) are not factored into this calculator. They will be reflected on your official estimate. Please let us know if any of these conditions apply:
You are a senior citizen, aged 65 or older. (15%)
You are a member of the military or veteran. (10%)
You are a first-responder (police, fire, EMS). (10%)
You are a teacher. (10%)
We will happily apply your discounts to your total. Appreciation discounts (those listed here) do not stack, but may be combined with other special offers.
